Therefore, we are unable to provide free samples and pay for the shipping cost. However, if your purchase quantity exceeds 300 pieces of a single style, you can deduct the cost of the sample, but international shipping cost is not included.

Q3: What should I do if I find that the sample or goods are damaged when I receive the parcel or bulk goods?
Answer: If you receive a parcel, please check and open the package in front of the courier. If the sample is damaged, you can refuse to sign for the package.
If it is the bulk cargo, you can still refuse to sign for the goods and take videos and pictures as proofs If it is a freight forwarding company designated by you, please ask for compensation from the local freight forwarding company. Answer: If the client needs source code or 3D design file for the electronic or non-electronic products, the client needs to tell us before paying the R&D fee or other fees for the project, and we will consider whether to undertake the project. From a long-term perspective, we help clients develop products, (electronic or non-electronic), we actually charge a very low R&D fee or design fee.
